Beginner Sewing- Pillow Cover with Invisible Zipper
This class is part of our Learn to Sew Series.
Build upon what you have already learned in Sewing 101 AND learn a new skill: How to sew invisible zippers!
In this class you will make a beautiful pillow cover with an invisible zipper. The pattern will be provided with the course. Let’s get sewing, you can do this!
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Sewing 101 (or equivalent skills). You must be familiar with operating a sewing machine in order to take this class.
SUPPLY LIST:
Student MUST bring ALL of the following items:
3/4 yard of woven fabric
A medium to heavy weight upholstery fabric is best! Do NOT bring a stretch knit fabric for this project, as it does not suit the design
Thread which matches your choice of fabric
14-18 inch invisible zipper
20x 20 inch pillow insert
SUPPLIES INCLUDED:
Sewing machine (but you are welcome to bring your own)

Kristin is the owner of Easy Going Sewing and has been sewing by machine since the age of ten. Kristin loves to share her passion for sewing with others and believes that creating or building things by hand empowers a person and bolsters self-esteem. Kristin is a Burda Certified Sewing Instructor and has been teaching people to sew since 2014. When she isn't sewing she likes to spend time outdoors, and especially loves mountain biking and camping.
