THE NOT BAG by Pattern Division

Now that you have learned to use your sewing machine and have a few projects under your belt, you're ready for this fun bagmaking class. Create this cool, casual bag and you'll be so proud when you leave class!

SKILLS REQUIRED:

This is a BEGINNER level class, but you must have the following skills to participate:

• You MUST know how to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine to take this class.

• You MUST have taken our Learn to Sew 101, and at least one of our Learn to Sew 102 OR 103 classes, or have the equivalent skills.

• If you are unsure you are ready, please ask!

  
  

SUPPLIES REQUIRED:

• 1 and 1/4 yards outer fabric

• 1 and 1/4 yards lining fabric

• IF you want to color block, as shown in the example pic, bring 3/4 yards of each outer fabric

• Thread

• Scissors

• Pins and/or clips

• Sewing machine (but you are encouraged to bring your own)
